Terms of Service

The rules for using Bulin 47 AI, including what photos you can upload, how credits work and how you may use your videos.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bulin 47 AI (bulin47ai.com, "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Bulin 47 AI.

1. What Bulin 47 AI is

Bulin 47 AI lets you upload one photo and get an AI-generated version of the viral 19-second Bulin 47 freestyle clip (filmed by Kevin Wai in Madrid) with the performer recast from your photo. You can optionally restyle the crowd with a theme (World Cup); themed crowds are invented characters, never real people. Videos are delivered as 9:16 MP4 files at 480p or 720p, with the original sound and as a silent copy.

Unofficial fan tool. Bulin 47 AI is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their labels. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Bulin 47 AI.
  • You sign in with Google or with your email address. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
  • Give us accurate information and do not create accounts to get around limits or bans.

3. Photos you upload

You may only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission to use their photo this way. You must not upload:

  • photos of anyone under 18;
  • photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone you do not have permission to use;
  • nudity or sexual content;
  • anything illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful or that violates someone else's rights.

We, or our AI video provider, may refuse a photo or block a render. We may remove any content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Credits and payments

  • Videos are paid for with credits. A 480p video costs 10 credits and a 720p video costs 22 credits.
  • If a render fails or is blocked, the credits are refunded to your account automatically.
  • Credit packs never expire.
  • Subscription credits refresh each billing period and expire at the end of that period. Yearly plans give you all credits up front, valid for 12 months.
  • Stripe is the merchant of record. Purchases go through Stripe's Managed Payments: your order is Sold through Link, Stripe's checkout and order service, and your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name.
  • Link emails your receipts and invoices. Besides Billing in your account, you can view orders, update your payment method and cancel subscriptions at link.com.
  • Stripe calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT at checkout, based on your location. Prices are listed in US dollars; checkout may show the amount in your local currency.
  • We never see or store your card details.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • We may apply usage limits, such as a maximum number of videos per day, to keep the service available for everyone.

5. Your videos and how you use them

  • AI results are not perfect. Lip sync, faces and details may differ from the original or from your photo.
  • Your video includes the audio of the original clip. You are responsible for how and where you post it and for following the rules of each platform (for example TikTok, Instagram or YouTube), including any rule about labeling AI-generated content.
  • We do not claim ownership of your photos. You may download and share the videos you create. However, we grant no license to the underlying recording, the original clip, its audio or music, or the names or likenesses of the artists. Those belong to their owners, who may object to how a video is used.
  • Do not use your videos to deceive people, to impersonate anyone or to suggest that a video is official or endorsed by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their labels.
  • You give us permission to process your photo and to store and deliver your videos only as needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. For example, do not try to break or overload it, bypass limits or payments, scrape it, resell access, or use it to break the law.

8. Disclaimers

Bulin 47 AI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the results, the likeness of any video or the availability of the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Bulin 47 AI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
