Who can ask for removal

Any rights holder, or someone authorized to act for them, can ask us to remove material from Bulin 47 AI. This includes the original artists, the creator of the original video and their labels. You can ask us to remove any material on the site, including the example videos shown on our pages and videos made with our tool.

How to send a takedown notice

Email support@bulin47ai.com with the subject "Takedown request" and include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the copyrighted work (or other right) you believe is infringed.
3. The URL or a clear description of the material you want removed, so we can find it.
4. Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

If your request is about something other than copyright, such as a person's likeness, privacy or a trademark, email us at the same address and explain the issue. We handle those requests too.

What happens next

We review every notice promptly. When a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and may let the user who created it know. We may close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you had the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to support@bulin47ai.com that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
