Refund Policy

How refunds work at Bulin 47 AI for failed renders, credit packs and subscriptions.

This policy explains when you can get a refund from Bulin 47 AI (bulin47ai.com). It is part of our Terms of Service.

Stripe is the merchant of record for every purchase (your order is Sold through Link). That means there are two places that can refund you: us, and Link support, which can issue a refund within 60 days of a payment in cases it judges appropriate, even without our approval. Our policy below is the minimum, not the maximum.

Failed or blocked renders

If a video fails to render or is blocked, the credits you spent on it are refunded to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Credit packs

  • Credit packs never expire.
  • You can request a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase, as long as no credits from that pack have been used.
  • Credits spent on videos that rendered successfully are not refundable.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing in your account settings, at link.com, or by emailing us.
  • After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops. You will not be charged again.
  • We do not give refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. On yearly plans, all credits are given up front and are valid for 12 months.

How to request a refund

Email support@bulin47ai.com from the email address on your account and include the date of the purchase. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, including any tax you paid; it usually takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. When a purchase is fully refunded — by us or by Link — the unused credits from that purchase are removed from your account.

If you think a render went wrong, email us and we will take a look. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; as merchant of record, Stripe handles disputes and decides how to respond.
