A fan with a speaker, a Dominican rapper outside a restaurant in Madrid, and a few seconds of freestyle that went viral — then got recast with AI. Here is the original video, why it blew up, and how to make your own version right here.
On October 2, 2026, creator Kevin Wai (@kevincitooficial11 — often searched as “Kevin Way”) stopped Dominican artist Bulin 47 outside a restaurant in Madrid with a portable speaker playing a dembow beat. Bulin 47 answered with an improvised freestyle, and both of them posted their recordings the same day.
Both videos are still on TikTok: Kevin’s passed 3.1 million views and Bulin 47’s own post 3.3 million.
Nobody planned it: a stranger plays a beat on the street, and instead of walking past, Bulin 47 stops and freestyles back on the spot. It is short, loud and easy to remix — exactly what spreads on TikTok and Reels.
By October 7, Dominican newspaper Listín Diario counted more than 50 million plays across social networks, and El Día reported public figures joining the trend. On October 8, Bulin 47 and Kevin Wai followed up with a full song, “Dame Hombro”.
By October 6, creators were recasting the performer with AI video models: the speaker, the crowd, the red-lit entrance and every camera move stay, while the man in sunglasses and the pink shirt becomes someone else — a friend, a pet, a cartoon, or a whole scene of football players.
The most-liked AI versions use the same 19 seconds of Kevin’s clip, starting right as the camera turns to the performer. That is the segment Bulin 47 AI uses too.
